The competition is increasing fiercely between the coal terminals in the Bohai Sea.Second Port Branch of Qinhuangdao Port CO.,LTD.has the huge inventory of spare parts that is occupying a large amount of funds.According to the current situation,this dissertation through the use of relevant study methods to make in-depth study on the spare parts inventory management of the company,combined with the relevant management theories and methods to establish spare parts inventory management strategies for the company.First of all,this dissertation describes and analyzes the current situation of the spare parts inventory management in this company,which mainly introduces equipment,spare parts,spare parts warehouse,organization structure,information system application,spare parts inventory management process,repairable parts management,and analyzes the existence questions of spare parts inventory management in the company.Secondly,according to the company's current situation of spare parts management,for the target of ensuring the company's equipment can work at any time,optimizing inventory structure and reducing inventory of spare parts,this dissertation designes the 3D ABC classification model with the three factors of spare parts and spare parts inventory quantity control model,creates the joint inventory management model and vendor management inventory model for the company.To solve the practical problems existing in the inventory management of spare parts in the company,on the basis of the models,this dissertation establishes the strategies of spare parts inventory control,useless spare parts disposing,repairable spare parts management and spare parts quality management.Finally,the safeguards for the implementation of the strategies are given,that is,optimizing and upgrading the mode of equipment maintenance,upgrading the information system of spare parts inventory management,improving the organizational structure of equipment management,establishing and improving the relevant agreement and system,and the relevant personnel's business training.In this dissertation,through the studing on the spare parts inventory management of Second Port Branch of Qinhuangdao Port CO.,LTD.to design the relevant models and strategies.It's more scientific to the spare parts inventory management of the company,the company will reduce the operation cost effectively and win a space in the competition.At the same time,this dissertation also has certain reference significance to the same old coal terminal operation company's management of spare parts inventory.
