With the fierce competition of market,credit sales comes into being.Credit sales can fully use the present production ability,enlarge sales volume,improve the company's market competitiveness,and finally produce more profits.However,credit sales also has some problems.If credit sales is controlled inappropriately,the amount of accounts receivable will increase gradually.Therefore,it will do harm to the company inevitably.To engineering companies,accounts receivable management consists not only the general accounts receivable,but also engineering inventory.Accounts receivable has closed the account,while engineering inventory hasn't.Both of them are the occupation of funds which haven't been received.To the engineering companies in Sinopec,there are large amounts of accounts receivable and engineering inventory because of the large scale of business,much related-party transaction,deep influence of policy and the barbarism of market.With the weak control of accounts receivable and engineering inventory in Sinopec,it arises Substantial capital risk and influence the normal operation of the company.With qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the thesis is aimed to obtain a reasonable turnover rate by analyzing the present situation and historical change rule of accounts receivables and engineering inventory of engineering companies in Sinopec.And then design a model to predict and calculate the target amount of accounts receivables and engineering inventory,and make suggestions to control accounts receivables and engineering inventory of engineering companies in Sinopec.
