The rapid development of Internet technology,Internet banking and other hardware's and software's facilitates the evolution of Chinese e-business,which gradually forms a kind of e-commerce ecosystem with symbiotic and closely related enterprises and individuals in it.As an important mechanism in the evolution process of e-business ecosystem,co-opetition mechanism among subjects of e-business ecosystem not only affects the developments of individuals,but also influences the stability of the whole system.Therefore,the research and analysis on the competition and cooperation among subjects is of great significance to ensure the balance and health of e-business ecosystem.However,e-business ecosystem is a kind of complex system,and current studies are concentrated on qualitative analysis,passive observation and statistics,mathematical model analysis,as well as case analysis,and therefore these traditional research methods show considerable limitations on the research of e-business ecosystem: single or few research subjects,static external environment,and difficult to visually and clearly show the relationship between the change of a series of micro factors such as the interrelation among subjects and the systematic macro evolution within dynamic evolution process of the whole system,and therefore it is difficult to make macro-level forecast based on some changes of micro factors.In view of this situation,the method of computational experiment is applied to study the evolution of e-business ecosystem:(1)firstly,this paper proposes a kind of “real system model—computational model” model mapping framework,from the perspective of ecology,constructs real e-business ecosystem model combined with the characteristics of e-business,and designs computational model of e-business ecosystem using Multi-Agent modeling method based on the proposed model mapping framework;(2)secondly,establish the experimental system in RePast Simulation platform;(3)finally,carry out evolution experiments and analyze the influence of interaction among system subjects on subject itself and system evolution,hoping to provide the basis for the strategy adjustment of enterprises and the stable development of system.Evolution experiment results show:(1)Computational experiment shows the superiority in the research of e-business ecosystem.The calculation model can ensure the diversity,heterogeneity and dynamic evolution process of e-business ecosystem,and through the change of system parameters it can simulate different external environment accoding to research purpose.Therefore,computational experiment can form an effective complementary with the existing research.(2)Competition between subjects makes the survival of the fittest and cooperation can increase the stability of the system and ensure the balanced development of subjects;in a competitive market environment,subjects having different attributes and competitiveness can coexist;cooperation is conducive to the common development of different subjects,it can help weak subjects to cope with the changing external environment,and the stronger cooperative relationship is,the more subjects can benefit from it;excessive competition can bring profits for the minority of subjects in the short term,but not conducive to the healthy development of the whole system.
