Social Manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode,which interconnects various kinds of social manufacturing enterprises resources and customers by the service system.On the one hand,it can save the capital of the customer and realize its personalized service demand;on the other hand,it can make the idle social manufacturing resources be used and improve the profit of the manufacturing enterprise.However,there is a certain complexity in the matching of service supply and demand in the social manufacturing mode: the Qo S attribute of the enterprise service resource and the demand preference of the customer's choice service are not fixed,it will change according to its own situation,and the source of enterprise in the community is sociable,which makes enterprises to withdraw from the community at any time and aggravate the dynamic complexity of Social Manufacturing.Therefore,these changes will directly influence the follow-up service matching effect.At present,the service matching method in manufacturing field lacks such consideration.It mainly combines and optimizes the candidate service under the assumption that service resources of enterprises or the customer's demand preference does not change,but this is not suitable for matching supply and demand in the Social Manufacturing mode.Therefore,how to design a suitable service matching strategy to better realize the matching of supply and demand for social manufacturing services in the dynamic environment has become the key problem to be solved urgently in this field.Based on this,this paper introduces the thought of computational experiment,focuses on the matching strategy of social manufacturing service,and puts forward a research method of service matching strategy for social manufacturing based on the evaluation of computational experiments,which mainly includes three aspects:(1)The design of the matching strategy of social manufacturing service.Combined with the characteristics of dynamic supply and demand matching in the social manufacturing mode and the existing service matching method in manufacturing field,we design the matching strategy of social manufacturing service.In this paper,four strategies are constructed,which are supply side oriented service matching strategy,demand side oriented service matching strategy,service matching strategy oriented to supply side and demand side,and optimal service matching strategy of supply side and demand side.These four service matching strategies provide a carrier for the evaluation of computational experiments.(2)The construction of the model of the experimental system.Because of the dynamic complexity of the social manufacturing model,it is difficult to implement the comprehensive test and evaluation of the designed service strategy in the actual environment.Therefore,this paper introduces the thought of computational experiment to construct the experimental system model of the social manufacturing service.In this paper,the experimental system model of social manufacturing service is constructed from three aspects: service provider Agent model,customer Agent model and system environment model,which provides the basis for the evaluation of computational experiments.(3)Computational experiment evaluation.First,based on the experimental system model of(2),and using the Repast Simphony software,the corresponding computational experiments system of social manufacturing service is developed.Then,the four service matching strategies are simulated and tested under the two scenarios of market demand stability and market demand fluctuation,which provides support for selecting the best service matching strategy.The experimental results show that: the service matching strategy oriented to the supply side and the demand side is obviously better than the supply side oriented service matching strategy and the demand side oriented service matching strategy under the two scenarios of demand stability and demand volatility,compared with the service matching strategy oriented to the supply side and the demand side,the optimal service matching strategy of the supply side and the demand side has further improved the quality of service matching.Therefore,in general,the optimal service matching strategy of the supply side and the demand side is the best,and the feasibility of the research method proposed in this paper is also verified.
