As the main producing area of ginseng all over the world,Jilin province's ginseng output accounts for almost eighty to ninety percents in the domestic market,and seventy percents in the world's market.Although Jilin province yields enormous ginseng,it is in a relatively inferior position among fierce competition.Ginseng's output is disconnected from production value.Now ginseng finished goods' high-end markets are occupied by Japan,Korea and European countries.So Jilin is becoming “raw material producing area” of overseas ginseng high-end finished goods' industries.With the rapid development of national economy,people's incomes and living standards are improving continually;health care consciousness has been enhanced as well.Ginseng products have ushered in new development opportunities and sales have a tendency to rise year by year.Under this industry opportunity,Jilin Plus one Health Industry Incorporated Company(whose abbreviation is Jilin Plus one Corporation as follows)is facing huge challenge.Though it has sufficient output,it cannot reach expected results.What is more,it has lots of sales channels,but has no key points;its sales excessively rely on exports,but have no considerable domestic markets.This thesis analyzes marketing channels existing problems,such as unreasonable arrangement,not powerful executive force,disordered management,lack of long-term plans,unreasonable structure and imperfect feedback mechanism.To increase the number of new channel types,to abandon the type of outdated channels,to improve the existing channel types and the establishment of marketing channel feedback mechanism four aspects of the marketing channel to optimize the type;by reducing the marketing channels of intermediaries and increase the incentives of agents Optimize the structure of the marketing channel,optimize the layout of the marketing channel by changing the layout of the existing marketing channels and increase the investment of the high-efficiency marketing channels,and optimize the marketing channel through strengthening the channel management and long-term planning.Through the above to Jilin Plus one Corporation marketing channel type,structure,layout and process of four aspects of the optimization of corporate marketing channels more reasonable,so that enterprises can increase sales,open up a larger market.Meanwhile,this paper points out systems,funds,personnel and other safeguards,which guarantee Jilin Plus one Corporation's marketing channels to implement smoothly,generate positive effects on the corporation in the following period of time,promotes enterprise competitiveness,and occupy more market shares.
