Research On The Financial Integration Of Yunnan Coal & Energy Co.,Ltd. Merge Shizong Coal Mine

The re allocation of social resources,one of the important means to improve resource utilization is mergers and acquisitions,M & A is not only the pursuit of extrinsic value is to improve the effective integration of resources,realize the enterprise established the value goal and profit maximization.The optimization and combination of the firm's goals can be achieved by means of integration,which can also increase the value of the enterprise.It is obvious that the integration is of great significance to the merger and acquisition of enterprises,and the effect of M & A integration directly affects the success or failure of M & A.In addition,since the financial integration is an important part of the integration management after M & A,it not only occupies an important position in the integrated management,but also directly affects the performance of mergers and acquisitions.Therefore,the financial integration is also a crucial link in the enterprise merger and acquisition.This paper is based on the study of finance integration theory elaborated on the general situation of Yunnan coal enterprise mergers and acquisitions after the financial integration process,combined with the present situation of coal industry and coal enterprises in Yunnan province of financial integration after merger,summed up in the financial integration of Yunnan coal enterprises in the problems and cause analysis,then the cloud coal energy acquisitions four coal mines in Shizong were specific case analysis,combined with case analysis of coal enterprises in Yunnan Province financial integration proposal.Through the analysis of the financial integration of coal enterprise mergers and acquisitions,we can effectively sum up the historical experience and lessons,and provide the reference for the next step of the coal enterprise merger and acquisition in Yunnan province.Under the wave of merger and acquisition of Yunnan coal enterprises,it is of practical significance to study the financial integration of merger and acquisition.
