| As mergers and acquisitions become the means for the expansion of more and more state-owned enterprises,integration is becoming more and more important.As the most important part of integration,financial integration is the focus of this study.First of all,this paper makes a related introduction to the basic theory of merger and acquisition integration.Then we started on the merger of the state-owned enterprise financial integration theory analysis,based on specific theory frame,this paper takes Hangzhou Grand Canal Cultural Tourism Group Co.Ltd.for the integration of financial integration case,mergers and acquisitions including the initial problems of financial management objectives,financial management system,cash management and other aspects of analysis and discussion,to make financial integration scheme,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to realize the integration of the company after the merger,financial value maximization,minimize the impact of financial integration.With the results of empirical research,the author confirms the suggestion given on the financial integration,financial integration in the integration process is a process of connecting,the financial integration content,to adhere to the principle,the necessity of integration and final effect analysis needs strict regulation and control.At the same time,based on case analysis,the inspiration of financial integration is summarized from the case,and considerations and key points for financial integration of state-owned enterprises are put forward,so as to ensure the scientific and reasonable financial integration of enterprises.It is suggested that in the integration procedure,the Merger and Acquisition should be guided by the strategy and we should pay attention to the secrecy of financial information and strengthen the prevention of financial risk.These ideas and countermeasures are of certain guiding significance for enterprises with financial integration needs. |
