| Rural commercial banks are an important component of economic and social,is an important pillar of small and medium enterprises.In recent years,rural commercial banks have been transformed,but also to expand the scope of business,increase the total value of assets at the same time,also exposed the corresponding problems.The credit rate of rural commercial banks is much higher than that of other commercial banks,and the traditional credit business income is the main source of income for most rural commercial banks.In this way,the risk control ability of credit business is related to the viability and development of rural commercial banks.It is an important task of the current rural commercial banks to explore the internal control system of credit business which is effective and conforms to the development of rural commercial banks.This paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the internal control of the credit business of the rural commercial banks,and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the internal control system and guaranteeing the internal control system.The first part of this paper mainly elaborates the research background,the research significance,the research method and the innovation of the thesis.The second part,this part mainly introduces the definition of internal control,the development of relevant theory of internal control of commercial banks.The third part,taking C City Agricultural Bank as the research object,respectively,the C City Agricultural Bank of enterprises,C City Agricultural Bank credit business situation and C City Agricultural Bank of China internal control system to study.The fourth part,to C City Agricultural Bank of bad credit business case,the diagnosis,and its internal control system for defect analysis.The fifth part,according to the above analysis,summed up the protection of C City Agricultural Bank of China credit business internal control system implementation measures.Part VI,Conclusion. |
