A Study On The Supply-side Structural Optimization Of Tourism In Shaanxi Province Based On The Evaluation Of Total Factor Productivity In Tourism Industry

General secretary Xi Jinping proposed in November 10,2015 the supply side reforms,shows that the focus of our government's economic management is gradually from demand management to supply management.The tourism as a strategic pillar industry in Shaanxi Province as a tourist must change to the tourism,the tourism industry should optimize its structure,optimize the tourism industry in the national economy and in the social structure position,promote the tourism supply side structure reform.In combination with the theory and research method of the new supply of economy and tourism,to evaluate the ten main city in Shaanxi province from 2010 to 2015 in the 6 years of tourism total factor productivity dynamics index model using Malmquist DEA method,the corresponding analysis the empirical is helpful to determine the tourism supply side reforms more accurate problems,also can provide certain theoretical basis and support according to the empirical analysis results.This paper combs the current situation of tourism supply in Shaanxi,summarizes the problems,and puts forward the supply mode and development path which is more suitable for Shaanxi Tourism.This study shows:1.The total factor productivity of Shaanxi tourism showed a fluctuant trend,the overall growth trend,the change of TFP index showed that Shaanxi tourism total factor productivity in the past 6 years the average growth of 7.2percentage points,of which the technical efficiency,technological change,pure technical efficiency change and scale efficiency can be improved however,the numerical technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency change and scale efficiency change in the calendar year floating down,changes are at a very slow growth trend.2.According to the change of index and clustering situation of Shaanxi regional tourismtotal factor productivity,the first to change good Baoji,Xianyang,Weinan and Hanzhoung regions,tourism total factor productivity index is higher than the average value of the basic,development condition is good,efficiency is relatively higher tourism efficiency;second is the slow change of Xi'an,Tongchuan.In Yan'an,both in the average floating around the value of tourism total factor productivity index,the development trend was very slow,have great potential for improvement in all aspects;third is the fluctuations of health,Shangluo,Yulin area,tourism total factor productivity fluctuated trend is larger,the indicators compared to other cities.Effective,hinder the development of its tourism to a certain extent.3.According to the analysis of test results of regression,the factors of Shaanxi tourism total factor productivity in the number of star hotels,the number of travel agencies,the total income of tourism on the tourism impact of total factor productivity compared to other elements is more significant.The influencing factors respectively in three regions: the third industry employment,a number of scenic spots,affect the number of star hotels to change the good area of tourism total factor productivity more;a number of scenic spots,affect the total number and the number of tourist hotels to change slowly tourism total factor productivity more;the third industry employment relationship,the number of travel agencies and tourism revenue to change large regional tourism total factor floating greater productivity.4.In all areas of Shaanxi put forward the optimization path from the input and output,continue to increase investment in tourism and optimize the tourism consumption environment.According to the changes of the good area mainly from the development of tourism resources and tourism policy system to optimize the two aspects of the optimization path;for slow change area mainly from the quality optimization of tourism industry structure and optimize the efficiency of product supply system two put forward the optimization path;according to the changes of large floating area mainly from two aspects to strengthen and improve the management of tourism resources between tourism industry business model is proposed to optimize the path.
