Financing Mode Selection Of RS Company DB Real Estate Project

In the domestic real estate market,financing is the main source of the vast majority of real estate enterprises to raise funds,especially for m&a projects,due to its larger demand for funds,and money payment time is shorter,financing becomes more important.But the real estate m&a project financing is different from general corporate loans,due to the merger projects generally have some flaws,thus the difficulty of financing of real estate m&a project faced relatively large.Based on RS company DB project,according to the characteristics of its financing behavior,and project investment of political,economic and market environment to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and judgment analysis was carried out on the project finance model,finally provides some countermeasures to solve the financing risk and financing mode in the end.This paper introduces the method of risk identification,risk mechanism,and to solve the financing mode selection.After in-depth analysis come to the conclusion that the two aspects: one is probably response project system and non-system risk facing to conduct a comprehensive assessment of risk identification ability,strengthen the financing behavior from many aspects and angles of financing risk carries on the comprehensive evaluation of the project,thus for decision analysis to provide a certain basis;2 it is legitimate to avoid facing the financing risk,avoid default,can achieve smooth financing,and select the optimal financing channels,this also is under the condition of market economy,mergers and acquisitions financing behavior strengthen risk control and optimization of the inevitable choice of the financing mode.
