Reform and opening up of China over the years,China's economy has maintained a steady high-speed growth trend.Commercial banks as a direct participant in economic operation,in our country's economic mode of operation,management and management capabilities have been greatly improved.But at present,China's economic society gradually into a new transition period,emphasizing changes the structure to promote economic development and growth.Closely related to the financial sector,since 2013,the interest rate marketization process has been accelerating,the market freedom,competition significantly improved.As an important financial market participant,commercial banks follow-oriented policy and pursuit of operating income.Under the influence of interest rate marketization,it is necessary to make corresponding adjustments to its own business operations.In particular,rural commercial banks because of its own strength limit,how to effectively optimize the upgrade,to promote the continuous development of business in the new round of market competition,it is worth in-depth study.This paper begins with the basic concept and the core content of interest rate marketization,the introduction of rural commercial bank and its economic role,analyzes the development trend of the interest rate marketization to rural commercial banks,and then sums up the comparative advantage of rural commercial banks in the situation of interest rate marketization.Such as rural commercial banks have the geographical advantage,flexible decision-making mechanism,the feasibility of low-cost expansion.Second,analysis the basis of rural commercial banks development from its development status,business situation and the new challenges facing the interest rate marketization,etc.China's rural commercial banks,although the market share is low,higher dependence on spread income,but its rural financial system in rural areas and the popularization and development of rural finance occupies an important position.In the face of the accelerated process of financial marketization,business control and control ability is not strong,the impact of the Internet financial shock and other issues,can be actively judged,take the difference,light,fine business development,weakening their own unfavorable factors.Again,with WELLS FARGO established in 1852 as the case study object,taking full account of the US interest rate marketization,the 2008 financial crisis and other periods,as a regional bank,its development path is more successful?Finally,make suggestions from the business management foundation,business development structure,channel construction optimization three levels,and through the bank business case,the data to be supported,in order to improve the rural commercial banks development capacity.
