In the complex environment of the enterprise management environment in twenty-first Century,in the face of international and increasingly fierce competition,those who have been regarded as a business advantage of the assets of the enterprise,is no longer a tangible asset,but intangible assets and knowledge.Excellent human quality has become the key factor enterprise victory,therefore,with the problems related to human being is more significant and important,enterprises only use their talents to enhance the business performance of the organization,is sustainable.Therefore,the ability to attract and retain the company's outstanding talents,often determines the success or failure of the enterprise,and become the most important issue facing the enterprise management.In view of this situation,this paper takes ZY company as an example and makes an empirical study.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the background of the implementation of equity incentive,the purpose of the implementation,the main research content and research program,etc..In the second chapter,we mainly introduce the types of stock incentive in the United States,Taiwan,China,and their advantages and disadvantages.The third chapter is the case analysis part,analyzes the present situation and the main problems of ZY company's implementation of equity incentive.The fourth chapter is the enlightenment part,based on the analysis of the problems and Countermeasures of the implementation of equity in ZY company,the future development of equity incentive in our country is analyzed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the research.
