The pace of economic globalization has accelerated in the last round after the end of the economic crisis,the world economy is beginning to recover,and Chinese develops most rapidly,This brings a huge development space for domestic enterprises,especially in the small and medium-sized enterprises is facing the best opportunities for development.Although in the current economic situation,all enterprises have gained gratifying achievements,but behind the opportunity there will be a huge risk,because the national implementation of various preferential policies is encouraging enterprises to develop and expand,it will cause market competition,so if enterprises can not establish their own core competitiveness,they are bound to be eliminated in the competition in the market.Dalian HY company was founded in 2004,with mainly in the mechanical seal and the auxiliary system of the main business,Dalian HY company's products widely used,mainly in the petroleum,chemical,shipbuilding and power and other fields,the company already has more than 600 partners and customers in the creation of ten years,continuous improvement of product quality,has reached the international advanced level,a large number of export to Europe,the Middle East and Asia pacific.But with economy continues to improve,the industry competition has become increasingly fierce,to enhance the quality of products and service can not meet consumer's demands,but not as fierce market competition backing,so for the Dalian HY company,must changing marketing strategy and ensuring so as to ensure the long-term stable development of the company.After study of Dalian HY company,the author found that Dalian HY company doesn't reach the designated position basing on the market environment analysis and understanding,leading to the related marketing strategy that has failed to play its due role,author will learning to use MBA in the course of marketing and strategic management knowledge and methods,starting from the Dalian HY company's actual marketing situation,to help Dalian HY Corporation breakthrough marketing bottleneck,greatly enhance the company's profitability and market share,provide power for the strategic development of Dalian HY company in the future.Through the research and analysis,it is not only to solve the optimization problem of the marketing strategy of Dalian HY company,is also expected to help other companies in the same industry through the method and experience of this research,to solve similar problems and crisis.
