China economic has been developed rapidly in recent years, the market becomes more competitive, so it is very important for the managers to receive the business administration training.The case includes the establish history of the Dalian Ruibo Company, it introduces the characteristic of the Shenzhen Tsinghua Executive Class, complexion of the target market and target customer. Based on the salesmen and the advertisement, the first and the second class have been successful, but there are some problems. In 2006, four major competitors appear in dalian market, they do the different market segmentation, for example, course, age, gender and industry. How to develop the marketing of the third Shenzhen Tsinghua Eexcutive Class, four deciders of the Dalian Ruibo Company sit a meeting, but they have different ideas.In the case analysis, the actor introduce the background of the business administration, and the characteristic of the management training, and the customer delivered value. It analyzes the product quality of the Dalian Ruibo Company, then show the strengths and the weaknesses. It is analyzed about the four deciders' ideas, which include course setting, marketing channel, tuition fee and sales promotion.Based on the information in the case, the actor discuss the different ideas, and summarize the right strategies to the third Shenzhen Tsinghua Executive Class.
