Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Ethics On Start-ups' Stakeholder Management Capability

Entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly important during the rapid development of the globalization economy.In 2015,Li Keqiang,our prime minister pointed out that the "public entrepreneurship and innovation" as one of the "twin-engines" promote China's economic in his government work report.As a "destructive innovation" force,entrepreneurial activity could undermine the interests of some stakeholders while benefiting some other stakeholders.Studies have pointed out that due to the particularity of entrepreneurial stage,and the issues of ethic and management of stakeholders involved in start-ups are more complex than normal commercial activities,so many start-ups are died due to lack of ethical responsibility.But there are still few relative researches on the relationship between business ethics and stakeholders,so we need to pursue the answer about this issue.A large number of new start-ups are died,causing great waste of social resources at the same time bringing a series of social risk problems,so we need to seek ways to solve ethical problems of venture enterprises and stakeholder management conflict.In order to explore ethical factors and stakeholder management issues involved in entrepreneurship,this paper based on stakeholder management theory,entrepreneurial ethics theory and organizational ethical climate theory,taking start-ups as the object of the study,through the process of pre-case,field research,theoretical integration and construction of positivism model.Firstly,we analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial ethics,organizational ethical climate and stakeholder management capability of start-ups;Secondly,we construct a theoretical model including entrepreneurial ethics,organizational ethical climate and stakeholder management capability,analyzing the influence of entrepreneurship ethics on stakeholder management capability and the mediating effect of organizational ethical climate in the relationship.Finally,we use SPSS22.0 in this study,through the multiple hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical methods to analysis 221 valid samples data and empirically test the assumptions in the research.The core problem of this paper is the impact path and mechanism analysis of the influence entrepreneurial ethics on start-ups` stakeholder management capability.Through theoretical analysis and empirical testing,we come to the conclusions:(1)Entrepreneurial ethics has a positive effect on stakeholder management capability;Entrepreneurs ethics has a positive effect on stakeholder management capability;entrepreneurial organization ethics has a positive effect on stakeholder management capability.(2)Entrepreneurial ethics has a positive impact on organizational ethical climate;Entrepreneurs ethics has a positive impact on organizational ethical climate;entrepreneurial organization ethics has a positive impact on organizational ethical climate;(3)Organizational ethical climate has a positive influence on stakeholder management capability;(4)Organizational ethical climate plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial ethics and stakeholder management capability.Finally,we summarize the theoretical significance and practical management enlightenment of the research,and analyze the limitations of the study and the future research direction.In this paper,the purpose of the research is to build ethics and stakeholder management systems,which can provide guidance and advices for new ventures,we also make a contribution to promote the healthy and rapid development of entrepreneurial innovation of economy in China.
