In recent years,too many incidents lack of ethics, occured in many kinds of organizations, including some enterprises and so on. The ethical issues has been the high topic in daily life and media gradually. And it’s still an academic problems, such as how to reduce the lack of ethics incidents happened, even prevent it. The lack of organizational ethics issues are highly related to the development and improvement of the organization, and the establishment of the correct values of employees, as well as the social environment of stability and order.Aiming at the lack of ethics of the organization, this research is carried out by using the existing research results.in the case of China, the management inspiration and suggestions are concluded from this empirical research, which has an important positive significance.In this research, based on the theory of organizational ethics, in-depth study on organizational ethics and ethical leadership in order to improve the internal mechanism of employee ethical behavior.At the same time, carring this empirical research through using the existing mature measurement tools.with the object of this research is mainly aimed at the enterprises, schools, institutions and other types of organizations in Xi’an.having been distributed a total of 250 questionnaires,where 231 valid questionnaires are returned.furthermore, the investigated organizations are related to many kinds of industries,and various character of organizations are included.at the same time,the obvious differences are existed among each samples.in order to make all the variables’ connections more clearly,we use SPSS 19.0 software to analysis all the dates what we collected,such as reliability and validity analysis, regression analysis and so on. It also provides a reliable data support for the internal relations among thevariables, and to improve the conclusion of this study to lay a good foundation for scientific research.The conclusions of the research are:Organizational ethics has a positive impact on ethical leadership;Ethical leadership has a positive impact on employee ethical behavior;Ethical leadership plays an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational ethical climate and employees’ ethical behavior;Organizational ethical climate has a positive impact on employees’ ethical behavior.The following innovative conclusions were obtained as follows:First,the impact mechanism between the main variables indicates that the organizational ethical climate has a positive correlation with the ethical leadership in this research.Combined with the existing research results, it is further proved that there is a two-way positive correlation between the two variables.Seconde,from the regression model,the influence of organizational ethics on employees’ ethical behavior is more direct and significant than the intermediary role’s of ethical leadership.In addition, from the perspective of the control variables, the size of the organization and the organizational ethical climate is positively correlated.at the same time,there were significant differences in organizational size with employee ethical behaviors.Third,Organizational culture plays an irreplaceable role in the formation, development and maintenance of organizational ethics.
