In recent years,the railway freight volume focusing on coal and steel is decreasing at a speed of 10%.Traditional railway freight mode can't adapt to the transportation market demand completely.With the large-scale development of e-commerce,the logistics express industry develops rapidly,how to make use of the speed advantage of high speed train to deliver the goods is an important direction of railway freight transportation.But the progress of high speed train freight logistics has been affected due to the inadequate understanding of customer demand and incapability of marketing strategy to meet the user demand.Therefore,it is of important significance to evaluate customer satisfaction degree for high speed train freight transportation and study targeted marketing strategies.Clients of high speed train freight transportation have been divided based on their different requirements.Evaluation model for customer satisfaction degree of high speed train freight transportation has been set up on the basis of analyzing customer satisfaction degree evaluation model.Different evaluation indexes have been selected for different types of clients and evaluation systems have been established respectively.Questionnaire investigation method has been used to collect raw data,rough set theory has been adopted to confirm the weight of evaluation index,matlab has been used to calculate weight value and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been adopted to make overall evaluation for customer satisfaction degree for high speed train freight transportation.High speed train transportation service during “double 11” has been taken as example,evaluation method for the customer satisfaction degree of high speed train freight transportation has been used to study the evaluation for customer satisfaction degree.It can be found out through evaluation results analysis that high speed train freight transportation has some problems in brand reputation,service quality and price etc.For the above problems,suggestions for marketing strategy of high speed train freight transportation have been proposed in brand,service,price and other aspects.
