In the context of economic globalization,the competition of the tobacco market is increasingly fierce for the reform of tobacco industry.Brand competition of cigarette become the most lively and differencing competitive methods at this time.The value of some famous brands reach about tens of billions of dollars.As a kind of goods,the brand of cigarette plays a very important role in the period of the development of the tobacco industry.The brand of tobacco not only be the tool of the product identification,but also be the soft power and strategic resources of the tobacco enterprise.In this paper,the pointcut was the brand strategy and brand development theory.The inner and outer environment of zuanshi cigarette and the progress and trend of cigarette brands were researched by PEST analysis.It is indicated that brand development strategy is important and necessary.The developing status of Hebei tobacco industries were studied by SWOT analysis.The strategic conception on the development of zuanshi cigarette was proposed and safeguard measure of the brand development strategy was made.The study of brand development strategy of zuan shi brand has a reference effect to hebei tobacco industry,and provide some theoretical support for Chinese tobacco industry in drafting development strategy.
