The rapid development of information technology accelerate the integration process of global economic, the fusion of industrialization and information become the strategic choice for our country to seize the opportunities to promote industrial adjustment, change the economic development quality, and transform the economic growth mode.Information needs to work in the network, only in this way it can act as booster, bridge, and accelerate economic benefits by improve and promote enterprise's internal standardized management, so communication enterprises play an important role in promoting the industrialization and information fusion.Private enterprise is an important force to accelerate economic prosperity. The private economy has characteristics of flexible mechanism It has strong growth potential to improve the competitiveness of our economy.So private communication enterprise as an important part of communication industry has an unshakable responsibility with industrialization and information fusion.But how to promote the macro economic integration by micro private communication enterprises and the enterprises how to seize the opportunity, there are no researches concerned on. So this paper is discussed in this sense of private enterprise how to seize the opportunities and challenges of fusion, formulate rational competitive strategy, and gain a competitive advantage, and promote the development of fusion.The main contents of this thesis are divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. Present the purpose of the research background, and summarize the reference researches, including the industrialization and information fusion, the development of private enterprise and the enterprise competition strategy.The second part explains the current situations and problems of industrialization and information fusion, the position and function of communication industry concrete, and how to promote the integration through the communication industry.The third part uses strategic analysis tools of PEST, five-force model and SWOT analysis to evaluate the internal and external communication oprating environment, the advantages and disadvantages of private communication oprating enterprises. The fourth part constructs the overall development strategy applicable to private enterprise, including the principle of strategic choice, the basic competitive strategies and competition strategy choice.The fifth part is empirical analysis. Particularly choose A communications group as example, under the guidance of general principles in chapter 4, combined with concrete enterprise competitive environment and the specific problems in specific, constructed corresponding competition strategic framework.The sixth part is summarized and research prospects.
