The fresh product e-commerce is a new type of retail model developed in recent years.It turns the distribution mode of fresh product e-commerce from traditional one-way multi-level transportation into multi-channel network,such as B2 B,B2C,O2 O,etc.Although some intermediate redundant links have reduced,the distribution network become more complex.Moreover,the fragility of fresh products,diversification of e-commerce order and diversity of the customer's demand make higher requirements in controlling logistics distribution cost and efficiency of fresh product e-commerce.If enterprise pursue the lowest cost,it will be hard to ensure the quality of fresh products and the distribution efficiency,thus reducing customer satisfaction.However,if they maximize customer satisfaction,it will increase the cost of distribution,thereby resulting in difficulties in business.Therefore,how to realize the goal of high customer satisfaction and low distribution cost,and to design a reasonable vehicle routing path is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.On this basis,this paper studies deeply on the optimization of joint distribution vehicle routing problem in fresh product e-commerce based on multi-objective decision.The main contents consist of the following parts:Firstly,it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of joint distribution VRP in fresh product e-commerce based on multi-objective decision.The logistics characters of fresh product e-commerce and the current research status of VRP are analyzed so that the key problems and main contents of this paper are presented.Based on this,the related concepts and theoretical basis of joint distribution VRP and multi-objective VRP is introduced as basis of the following research.Secondly,the optimization model of joint distribution VRP in fresh product e-commerce base on multi-objective decision is presented.It analyzes the customer satisfaction from the time tolerance window and time tolerance.Customer satisfaction is measured reasonable via customers' demand sensitivity.The components of fresh product e-commerce logistics distribution cost are considered and the calculation method is given.Then,a multi-objective joint distribution VRP model is built based on the highest customer satisfaction and the lowest logistics distribution cost.Then,on basis of the model's characters and common algorithm of traditional VRP,we choose the genetic algorithm(GA)with advantages of short convergence time,high calculation precision and strong robustness.To overcome the shortcomings of common genetic algorithm,it introduces an improved GA,with strategies like external memory bank and mixed selection mechanism,which can efficiently solve the model.Finally,a case analysis based on the built model and designed algorithm is proposed and the optimal routing scheme is solved.The contrast analysis proves our model and algorithm effective and feasible.
