In recent years,the development of e-commerce of fresh agricultural products is good with the development of e-commerce environment in China,the total volume of trade continues to increase,and the prospect of development is broad.fresh food ecommerce is a new retail mode developed in recent years.It transforms fresh products from traditional one-way multi-level distribution to B2 B,B2C,O2 O and other multichannel network circulation,which also makes the distribution route become more complex.at the same time,fresh agricultural products also have characteristics of perishability,dispersity of e-commerce orders and diversity of customer demands,which puts forward higher requirements for the cost control and distribution efficiency of fresh e-commerce business logistics distribution.at present,there are still many problems in the management of fresh e-commerce logistics distribution,such as perish of goods,high cost of distribution,low customer satisfaction and so on.based on the detailed analysis of the theory and practice of fresh e-commerce logistics distribution at home and abroad,considering the two goals of distribution cost and customer satisfaction,this paper established the static and dynamic two cases of fresh e-commerce logistics distribution route optimization model,and carried out a case study and an empirical analysis.the main contents of this paper are as follows,Firstly,this part mainly introduces multi-objective vehicle routing problem and its constituent elements and commonly used modeling methods,characteristics and solving methods of vehicle routing problem under joint distribution,dynamic vehicle routing problem and common solving methods of distribution routing problem.Secondly,constructing the multi-objective static joint distribution vehicle routing optimization model.this part mainly analyzes the related characteristics of fresh electricity supplier logistics,the overview of joint distribution.And by introducing the concept of time demand sensitivity,taking into account the above two goals of customer satisfaction and cost optimization based on time demand sensitivity,constructed the multi-objective static fresh food e-commerce joint distribution vehicle routing optimization model.Then,constructing and solving the multi-objective dynamic fresh food ecommerce distribution route optimization model.On the basis of considering the influence of traffic congestion and speed change on time and cost,the multi-objective dynamic fresh food e-commerce logistics joint distribution model is constructed.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to design the algorithm and the analysis of the static and dynamic examples,the superiority of the dynamic model is verified by comparison with the static model.By building static,dynamic models and empirical analysis,dynamic superiority and practicality are obtained.The main innovation points of this paper are,1.On the basis of fully considering the objectives of maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing distribution cost,the vehicle routing optimization model of multi-objective joint distribution of fresh food e-commerce is constructed,and the genetic algorithm is designed by using MATLAB.The validity of the model is verified by an example.2.On the basis of considering the influence of speed change and traffic congestion factors on the distribution of fresh food e-commerce logistics,a multiobjective dynamic fresh food e-commerce logistics joint distribution route optimization model is constructed,which improves the applicability and reliability of the model.The validity of the model is verified by an example.
