Research On The Publicity System Of Corporate Credit Information From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

From the perspective of Service-oriented government,and in accordance with the research at home and abroad,this paper briefs the concept of business standing information publicity system which implemented since 2004.It also explains the relationship between business standing information publicity system and social credit system.The paper introduces development evolution of three different business standing information managements that respectively model represented by America,Germany or Japan,and the referential significance to construction of business standing information system in China.Though this paper,we know the seed,the development and the future of business standing information management,especially challenges that Chinese business standing information publicity system faces with when the system is implemented.This paper analysis necessity and possibility of implementing business standing information publicity system in China.Though implement this system in Donggang RIzhao City District,we find some problems while implementing this system in basic districts,we also find solution to every problem.In the last,this paper introduces how to consummate Chinese business standing information publicity system in legal system advancement,information quality improvement,coordination of government departments,application system construction,spot check mechanism improvement.Though this paper,we hope Chinese business standing information publicity system can be consummated.It will give some positive effects to socialist market economy and social credit system.Service-oriented government will be better.
