The Study On Credit Supervision Under The Background Of Enterprise Information Publicity System

In order to accelerate the implementation of innovation driven,stimulate the vitality of the market,the State Council issued a series to promote public entrepreneurship and innovation policy,which explicitly requires the establishment of enterprise information publicity system,which is regarded as an important measure of commercial system reform,reflect the government's determination to establish a sound social credit system.The establishment of enterprise information publicity system breaking years of government credit supervision mode,significantly enhance the credit supervision level,but the current our country enterprise information publicity system is still not perfect,and the corresponding credit supervision means and the urgent need to strengthen the regulatory capacity,research in the enterprise information publicity system,has important theoretical and practical significance of government how to strengthen the enterprise credit supervision.This paper takes Gangzha District of Nantong city as the research object,focusing on enterprise information publicity since the reform of the system of government for the implementation of enterprise credit supervision,analyzes the problems and causes,through the research on the information supervision system of developed countries abroad,puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of enterprise credit supervision of government.First of all,starting from the analysis of the connotation of enterprise information publicity system and credit supervision,analysis of the historical evolution,current situation and existing problems? Secondly,combined with the foreign credit supervision status quo,advantages and disadvantages of foreign credit supervision mode was analyzed and compared with the current mode of domestic horizontal.Again,through the implementation of the basic research of Nantong District of Gangzha city enterprise information publicity system and credit supervision,the main contradictions and causes in the face.Finally,based on the analysis of theory and reality,explore the countermeasures from the legal framework design,system function design,supervision subject specialization,innovation of credit supervision in perspective,and strive to enrich credit supervision theory under the new situation,and promote the continuous improvement of the level of enterprise credit supervision.
