| The auricularia auricula industry is a high value-added and characteristic industry,with low cost,short cycle,high nutritional value,and so on.With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the green healthy food,auricularia auricula,is popular at home and abroad,the demand of the market is expanding constantly,the market prospect of the black fungus industry is very broad.The effort in developing the black fungus industry,can effectively adjust the rural industrial structure,improve the local economic level,increase the income of farmers,improve the living standard of the people,and lay the foundation for farmers to get rich and realize a well-off society.Now the auricularia auricula industry has become the pillar industry which contributes to rural economic growth in characteristic region,and is a new bright spot of rural income.Its rapid development in recent years has greatly promoted the regional economic strength.However,there are many problems which will restrain the industry from sustianable development in the development of industry,such as the lack of supervision,lack of standardization in market competition and technology,weakness in technical innovation,lack of financial support,etc.This paper analyzes the existing problems,the development foundation and prospect of auricularia auricula industry,and puts forward some countermeasures beneficial to the development of auricularia auricula industry in Antu county based on interviews,investigations and surveys in the field a deep understanding from field work,which are: industrial development in groups,technology promotion and innovation,adjusting industrial structure.These suggestions will provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of auricularia auricula industry in Antu county. |
