The Empirical Research Of Quanzhou City Logistics Nodes Planning

The relationship between city logistics and city economy is inseparable.The development of city logistics must obey the needs of city economic development.It plays a certain role in promoting the economic structure of cities and economic growth.The city economy affects the demand structure and development level of logistics.City logistics node is a key component of city logistics system,its layout planning is reasonable or not will affect the quality of the entire logistics system.Today,“the Belt and Road Initiatives strategy” is promoting and implementing like a raging fire,which is the economic zone around the country and regional mutual benefit of the grand blueprint,and Quanzhou is in the midst of the 21 st century maritime silk road core,the United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization Of the "Maritime Silk Road" starting point,is the sea Silk Road economic belt an important logistics node.Quanzhou in the logistics node space layout and node size to determine the face of the following difficulties: logistics park,logistics center and other nodes set unreasonable distribution,to a large extent impede the function of the logistics node play;can not reasonably set the size of the logistics node,Because the scale is too small to meet the needs of the radiation range,some logistics nodes because of the scale is too large and basically in the idle state,Quanzhou logistics node in urgent need of systematic and effective planning.In recent years through the collection,identification,sorting in the field of city logistics nodes related literature and review,the introduction of city logistics and logistics nodes related to the theoretical basis.The main body of the paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the combination of elastic coefficient,linear regression,factor analysis and gray prediction method.By analyzing the influencing factors of logistics in Quanzhou,the combination forecasting model is established to forecast the logistics volume of Quanzhou.The second part is the influencing factor of the logistics quantity in Quanzhou.The relevant model is used to calculate the number and total scale of the logistics nodes in Quanzhou.According to the expert scoring method,the weight of the influencing factors of Quanzhou city logistics node is determined evaluation criteria for alternatives.The third part is the determination of the scale of city logistics node construction.The total scale is used to calculate the specific scale of single logistics node by total scale allocation method.This study can provide some reference for Quanzhou city and the same scale city logistics node planning.
