Logistics Demand Forecasting And Planning Study Of Xi'an International Logistics Park

Logistics industry is considered the national economy of the artery and basic industries, their level of development becoming one of the important symbols to measure modernization and economic strength. In the China's western development strategy, Xi'an as a priority the development of key cities and leading cities has rapid economic development over these years. However, the deep interior, and other geographical conditions and other factors affecting the development of the modern logistics industry, lagging behind the development of the logistics market, the original traditional transport capacity has been unable to meet the needs of economic development, it is imperative to establish a modern logistics park. This paper is in the context of the Xi'an International logistics park for analysis.Firstly, this paper describe the logistics and related theories t, explain the difference between the logistics demand and Mut, analyze factors about the logistics market demand and propose guiding principles of Xi'an International Logistics Park.Secondly, analyzing the economic environment in Xi'an, an environment of the environment and logistics, we can find that the modern logistics industry in Xi'an has a broad space for development. Based on qualitative analysis of the industry to design the Xi'an International Logistics Park strategic, and suggest the views of the logistics park construction to prepare for the latter part of the market demand forecasting and planning.Thirdly, on the basis of Xi'an economy, the development of the logistics industry and Xi'an International Logistics Park, with natural conditions and industrial conditions, analysing and forecasting the development of the logistics demand for the the Xi'an International Logistics Park. The results shows that Xi'an International Logistics Park has a strong market demand and the development of the market has great potential. The paper does these:①Comprehensive comparative various forecasting methods, choose the logistics market demand forecasting methods, establish the logistics market demand forecasting model and forecast demand for logistics in Xi'an.②The demand of Xi'an is not the demand of Xi'an International Logistics Park. So this paper use AHP to an analyse competition of major logistics parks in Xi'an. Obtained all the major sources for the proportion of logistics nodes, the demand of Xi'an multiplied by the proportion of Xi'an International Logistics Park, we can have the "effective" demand for logistics.Finally, according to prediction of the Xi'an International Logistics Park reseach primary function areas scale, analysing the problem in development and proposing countermeasures. This paper will provide a reference value for government departments, and have a certain significance for building the park.
