A Study On The Motivation And Performance Of SF Back-door Listing

In recent years,the rapid development of logistics enterprises,the industry competition intensified,more and more logistics enterprises to accelerate the integration of resources and capital,market and customer choice,visit the capital market financing to achieve the demand for capital.In this paper,the phenomenon of backdoor listing of the logistics enterprises in the end of 2015 has been investigated.As an example of the listing of the new materials,the paper analyzes the motivation and performance of the backdoor listing,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Can be seen,by virtue of this speed and relatively simple operation of these advantages,backdoor listing make a lot of private enterprises to enter the capital market.SF's backdoor listing just shows that China's labor and technology-intensive development trend is not easy to continue,so enter the capital market can make SF and other Express companies continue to increase production scale,to maintain the leading position in the express industry.Which is an important step to constantly increase their strength of SF.This paper is divided into four aspects,firstly,summarizes the research significance and research background,the research methods of case analysis.Secondly,introduced the background,analysis of strategic objectives and strategic choice of SF,SF combined with the advantages and disadvantages and strategic analysis,get the cause of this backdoor listing,Thirdly,to analyze SF financial performance,horizontal and vertical comparison,analysis of financial performance,and compared before and after the SF backdoor listing finally,get the conclusion.
