Research On Evaluation System Of Household Electrical Appliances Enterprises Based On Internal Control

In recent years,China's economy is developing at an alarming rate,with the reform and opening up,Many companies have been listed.In the presence of a large number of listed companies,a number of serious risk events have occurred at home and abroad,Such as the famous Lehman brothers,Sanlu Group,Zhangzi Island,xinhua Pharmaceutical and other enterprises.According to the survey,the reason for the crisis is not to carry out effective risk assessment,which causes the economic impact.As the backbone of the sustainable development of China's household electrical appliance industry,the status of the development of the national economy should not be underestimated,In order to pursue a more stable and healthy development,household electrical appliance enterprises began to attach importance to the importance of risk assessment for enterprises.only pay more attention to the potential risk of the enterprise,evaluate these risks,finally,the establishment of risk assessment system in line with their own development,it can carry out more effective control activities.In this paper,the concept of internal control,the basic elements,the production process and the development process are described,then the risk factors of these elements are studied.in view of the various risks faced by the development of the household electrical appliance industry.firstly,through the analysis and calculation method of the weights of the selected indicators of the risk level,and then combined with the expert questionnaire,give each index score,according to the weights and scores,determine the overall score of enterprise risk,as the standard of evaluation of enterprise risk degree,the system is simple and easy to operate and easy to understand.In this paper,Midea Group as an example,according to the analysis of the actual situation of the company,select the appropriate evaluation index to establish a risk assessment system for tailored,then reflecting the existence of the management process of all kinds of risks and problems,provide the basis for enterprise managers to optimize risk coping strategies.
