The Research On Strategy Of Gold Industry Development For Lingbao

The City of Lingbao locates at the west of Henan Province.Which border junction to Henan?Shanxi and Shaanxi,The city is very famous for gold ore and possess abundant amount of gold resources.The second place of gold production was occupied by Lingbao City annually,Following by the city of Zhaoyuan in Shandong.The city of Lingbao is called "Gold City of China".That means Production pattern of Lingbao City was formed several years,Which took the gold as adominant and silver copper as supplement.Gold industry became the economical pillar of the city of Lingbao.Due to the exhaustive exploitation and prominent gold resources bottleneck,The city of Lingbao was listed as Resource-exhausted cities of second batch in 2008.From 2011,gold production of Lingbao had fallen to the third place of China according to the data showed by China Gold Association.Exhaustion of gold resources,environment disruption and serious constraint were exacerbated by short sight of planning,duplication of construction and unordered development.This paper analysed internal and overseas environment of gold industry by finding strategic management,and try to provid development strategy of gold industry for Lingbao and acquired detailed 9 measures which aiming to the strategic goal by SWOT methodology.This paper will provide promoting effect to change the situation from large city to strong city of gold industry and realizing transition?development?rising of entire industry for Lingbao,Which will be the important reference of government decision and enterprise development.
