Urumqi is one of the concentrated advertising market regions in Xinjiang,with the rapid economic development in Xinjiang,as well as a general increase in business-to strengthen brand awareness and advertising awareness,advertising effectiveness requirements are also increasing.Although Urumqi advertising industry output more than ten years it has been in a growth state,but competition has intensified.On the one hand facing the new media advertising market for traditional dramatic impact,on the other hand,the country is also facing large group of advertising companies stationed in Xinjiang bring competitive pressure.In order to improve their core competitiveness,various media advertising companies have to develop and improve its marketing strategy,using a variety of rich modern and scientific marketing tools,pay attention to their own brand building.Due to intensified competition in the industry,the JL particles advertising company performance marked decline by the huge impact of the new media,must change its original marketing concept in order to meet the challenges of the new environment,and gradually optimize its marketing system,to develop appropriate marketing methods to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty,good use of the role of new media in brand building,open up a wider range of advertising business,develop new customers,maintain good customers,improve their own influence in the advertising industry,lay the foundation for the future development of the company solid foundation.In this paper,the advertising company Urumqi JL particles for the study,a survey of the current situation and marketing company,the main problems in the marketing strategies that exist,from both internal and external aspects of the company's current marketing environment gold particles were analyzed,with the SWOT method clear the company's future marketing strategy.JL particles around the company's current advertising products launched proposed JL particles company's marketing goals,develop the JL particles from the company's new marketing strategy in four areas of media,services,prices,product:the media,the introduction of new media,traditional media and new media combine two different media are to play advantage,to further expand the company's marketing channels;services,good to quickly transition to new media,new media and traditional media to explore a combination of methods to learn online and offline by combining the activity strategy for households to do customized services,serving customers achieve conversion rates of advertising effectiveness;different prices by analyzing the factors that influence the price of media products,comprehensive utilization of dynamic pricing,differential pricing,cost and pricing of several pricing methods for each media company's products to develop appropriate media published cases of price;products through the analysis of market demand,improve the company's ability to innovate,to design a new advertising media products,improve the company's service brand.The research results have some value to enhance the level of marketing JL particles,JL particles to promote the competitiveness of the company,there is certain reference value for other companies developing similar marketing strategy.
