Analysis Of Factors Influencing Customer Default Risk Of Credit Card Installment Business Used In Purchasing Cars

With the recent development of our nation's Consumer Finance,the credit card installment business used in purchasing cars is developing with a comparatively high pace and many potential risks.There are a variety of uncertainties that could affect the repayment of the installments,which will bring a variety of adverse effects to the Bank's benefits and risk management.This paper conducted a research of default risk's impact on the credit card installment business used in purchasing cars,based on the relevant theory and the experiences coming from the author when practicing in the primary management,combined both Macro and Micro prospects and the bank's risk management preferences,on the ground of Dongguan's Macroeconomic data in recent five years and the real data of a commercial bank,collecting both Macroeconomic index,such as GDP(gross domestic product),CPI(consumer price index),total retail sales of consumer goods,etc,and Microeconomic index,such as consumers gender,age,level of education,marital status,the proportion of the car loan,etc,and using models such as the SPSS software,Regression Analysis,Comparative Statistical Analysis and Logistic Regression Analysis,etc.By indentifying impact of different factors and combining the relevant theory of credit card risk management together with work experiences,it helps bring forward opinions and suggestions on methods like strengthen the post-evaluation for internal risk management and external system construction,improve the customer information collection system,establish a more scientific Personal Asset Evaluation System,keep researching for more information from the Macroeconomic,prejudge and improve the credit reference system,and enhance interbank information exchange,etc.
