Research On Intelligent Hardware Product Supply Chain Pricing And Financing Strategy Considering Manufacturers' Capital Constraints

With the rapid development of electronic information technology and communication technology,the era of Internet of things which defined as things connected to things in the Internet is coming.Intelligent hardware products as a typical representative of the era of Internet of things,it develops rapidly,and the corresponding market showed explosive growth,which has a profound impact on all aspects of our lives.For intelligent hardware products,from the procurement of raw materials to the production of intermediate products and final products,until the product delivered to consumers,each of these links are related to the supply chain,so the reasonable construction and efficient operation of supply chain is the key to the success of intelligent hardware products.Compared with traditional products,intelligent hardware products have prominent characteristics,but the related research is especially deficient.This thesis combines the characteristics of intelligent hardware products and its supply chain to carry out relevant research.First of all,this thesis studies the typical structure and characteristics of intelligent hardware product supply chain,starting from the prominent characteristics of intelligent hardware products which different from traditional products.Then,according to the reality that the hardware manufacturers are often faced with the lack of funds,the two echelon supply chain composed of hardware manufacturers and hardware retailers is constructed.Secondly,based on the Dual-channel sales model of intelligent hardware products,this thesis studies the pricing and financing decisions of intelligent hardware products supply chain under the condition of non financing services and financing services.In the case of financial services,the research not only considers the way of debt financing which is widely used by manufacturers,but also focuses on the pricing and financing model of the equity financing model favored by the hardware industry.In addition,for the two kinds of financing methods,this thesis compares the profits of the hardware manufacturers,the creditor's rights investment institutions and the equity investment institutions,and then puts forward the standard of selecting the equity financing mode for the hardware manufacturer.This thesis also studies the influence of some things on the selection standards of financing methods,which including network effect of product demand,consumer preferences for network channels,hardware manufacturers software service level,hardware product cost and Initial funding of hardware manufacturers,etc.Finally,based on the reasonable setting of parameters,examples are analyzed,then,some suggestions on the supply chain pricing and financing of intelligent hardware products are put forward,which can be used for references for the practitioners and researchers of the hardware product supply chain,therefore,this study has strong theoretical and practical significance.
