Due to the rapidity of internet development,everyone can search travel information through the internet system easily.In recent years,The China Economy grew fast,resulting in better quality of life for the Chinese people better quality of life.Every year the number of Chinese citizen travelling abroad is increasing.At present,Chinese people have already become the most important foreign travelers in the Thailand travel industry.Therefore,Thailand Tourism Organization Webpage was founded in China in 2014 offering services in Chinese language.The main information is about travel destinations,Thai culture,journey tips,etc.Besides offering the travel information,this webpage also uses other ways of communication strategies,including Public Relation Activities and Media Public.The Public Relation Activities includes Competition,Entertainment Program and Promotion Activities.The Media Public uses Chinese Social Media,which includes WeChat,Weibo and Youku.The communication strategy is a significant essence in the travel industry.If these strategies can directly and rapidly spread out to others' daily lives,using various and attractive ways of transmitting information,including make every side of information accord with user's needs,not only can this build a good travel image on a foreigner's mind,but it will also cause an increase in the number of people travelling to our country.Research uses Case Analysis,Questionnaire and Interview Method to collect authentic data.The theory of academic circle comprises of Strategic Communication and Tourism Communication.Research focuses on the Chinese Official Webpage of Thailand Tourism Organization Communication Strategy's using,the problem of the strategies,understanding the strategy that Chinese users like the most,and how to satisfy the user's information need and amend design of the webpage.Finally,offer some suggestions and determine the future of communication strategy to the organization.
