In recent years,the industrial transformation and upgrading has become the new target of China's economic development,China's economy has entered a turning point in the development of the national economy from a shortage economy to a surplus economy.Since the reform and opening up,China's family business has developed rapidly and has made great achievements,in the current macroeconomic situation,enterprises also need to transition.From the start stage to the stage setting,the first generation of entrepreneurs is aging,enterprises are facing from the first generation to the second generation inheritance problem,how to achieve sustainable prosperity from generation to generation and development of family enterprises,family enterprises and even become the focus of attention of people across the country.At present,China's nearly 70% ultra-high net worth population is facing the problem of family inheritance.In the family tradition,the most concern is focused on the inheritance of values,accounting for nearly half of the proportion;followed by the concept of corporate governance heritage.Thus,in the family tradition,wealth is not the most important aspect of heritage,values and business philosophy of inheritance is the key to the inheritance of wealth.Based on the summary of research results of scholars at home and abroad,family enterprises in Guangdong area as the research object,according to the present situation of family enterprises in China,starting from the family culture and social capital,the intergenerational transmission of family business research,and comprehensive analysis of the family culture and the social capital of family business succession influence.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The factor analysis of the surveyed family business,family culture,family culture are the main factors affecting the succession of the family enterprises are successors of family enterprises,family members,and incumbent groups such as behavior and family culture,respondents behavior of the incumbent is identity.(2)The factor analysis of the surveyed family enterprise social capital,social capital are the main factors affecting the succession of the family enterprises have structural dimension,relational dimension and cognitive dimension,respondents to the structural dimensions of social capital a high degree of recognition.(3)Through the analysis of the correlation analysis of family culture,social capital and family business succession and regression,found in the actual family business succession,family behavior is an important factor affecting the succession of the family enterprise family culture;structural dimension and relational dimension of social capital is the family business succession influential factors.
