In recent years,China's economy has shown a sustained and rapid development,So has its household wealth.Thus,the financial managing consciousness of its urban residents is growing day by day,bringing the personal finance business great potential and a huge market space for the Chinese commercial banks.Meanwhile,the banks of China are facing more complex economic environment,for foreign banks,quite a few of which have being providing various financial services by setting branched in big cities of China,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and the like,are occupying a growing part of the Chinese wealth management market.In addition,the vigorous implement of the market-oriented reformation of interest rate in are making the interest rate between deposit and loan in traditional banks narrower and narrower in China's financial market.All these changes are forcing China's commercial banks to shift their managing mode into the intermediate business revenue-dominated mode from the traditional traditional benefit mode.As an essential type of the intermediate financial services,the personal financial managing service naturally becomes an important means of service transformation and strategy adjustment for the commercial banks in China.And it is of great significance to carry out personal financing business,for it helps expand the scope of the customer group,alter the existing assets structure,enhance the creativity of banks,increase the business service profit and improve the service quality,etc.Thus,the personal financing service has been being a focus among the competitions and an necessary component of the commercial bank services.China's commercial banks has experienced an exploring stage with a rapid development,but there are still many problems and shortcomings.After landing the personal financing service,great improvements have been made in various aspects of commercial banks,such as the structure of organization,financial products and the according sales channels and profit structures,the process of personal financing business,etc.However,there are still wants in improvements,such as to make the customer structure more reasonable,to decrease the shortage of professional financial managers,to weaken the homogenization of financial products,to advance the notions of sales service,to enhance the profit of personal financial business,etc.After a thorough investigation,the reasons can go into five categories,that is,the ungraded standards of markets and customers,the lagged system of training and assessment on the financial managers,the deficiency of innovation ability in financial products,the restriction of separate operation system,and the backwardness of banks' operation mode.Therefore,inspired by the advanced experiences of the developed countries,it is maybe safe to put forth the five ways to help the personal financial service of Zhengzhou Bank develops healthily and rapidly as follows: to strengthen the leveling of market and customers,to perfect the system of training and assessing financial managers,to focus on the brand building and the creativity of product,to organize the sales channels,and to perfect the customer-oriented system and the risk management.
