In the age of mass tourism,rural tourism has gradually become an important way for people to feel green hills and clean waters and experience nostalgia.In recent years,our government has staged a series of booster policies about tourism on the level of national,and as is to speed up the development of rural tourism,it has become a very important part of tourism industry.In this process,the author found that compared with other tourism products,rural tourism products has more obvious hierarchy of the age of the buyer,the psychological characteristics of tourism consumers on different ages have great difference,the demands of tourism is very different,but there is lack of the special research on the related research fields and management departments,as well as the targeted market guide means.Based on tourist's perspective,the author aims at explore the existing problem of rural tourism,and put forward targeted improvement which is crucial to the whole rural tourism.First of all,this study analyzes the background of China rural tourism development,and the current development situation of rural tourism in Shaanxi.Through summary,sort and review the result of scholars at home and abroad in recent years about the rural tourism,tourists age difference and tourist appeal,the author defined the concept;Second,through the above review of the research,based on the data obtained from field survey,questionnaire distributed,through factor analysis,paired sample t-test,summed up the rural tourism tourist appeal content;Third,through the mean value analysis method,ANOVA,Scheffe's method,LSD,the content of the rural tourism tourist demands for different ages and strength were analyzed.There are three conclusion generated through the analysis of the research: first,older tourists are the main body of rural tourism source markets;Second,tourist appeal of rural tourism focuses on four aspects,namely the rural living atmosphere,rural native culture,the price of tourism,tourist services;Third,the content and intensity of tourism appeal on different age groups of rural tourism have significant differences.According to the analysis results,improvement measures are put forward for difference demands among rural tourism destination,so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of rural tourism market.
