Research On Optimization Of Inventory Control Strategy In Dual-channel Supply Chain Collaboration Of Electronic Products Based On Markov Chain

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the service level of express enterprises is improving.Consumers who prefer online shopping are also increasing year by year.Therfore,many enterprises have established online sales channels while maintaining the steady development of traditional retail sales channels.The inventory problem in the dual-channel supply chain of electronic products still exists.At present,there are few researches on inventory optimization strategy of electronic products in the dual-channel supply chain.Based on the related research of domestic and foreign literature.The paper study the optimization strategy of stochastic inventory system is analyzed based on Markov chain for dual-channel supply chain of electronic products.To begin with,channel preference and demand transfer are considered in the consumer demand for electronic products.The state space balance equation of inventory is constructed based on Markov chain.The probability of the supply chain members in the inventory equilibrium state is calculated.Thus getting the inventory holding costs and out of stock costs,and the service costs and return costs are involved.Then the paper established the model about inventory control strategy in dual-channel supply chain.Then the optimal basic inventory level is determined,and the example is simulated and analyzed by MATLAB.Then,based on the basic inventory strategy,the paper assume that online store and traditional retailer cooperate through sharing of inventory information and inventory transshipment.The increase of the demand uncertainty will lead to an increase in the stock of members of the supply chain,which leads to the decline of the profit.The improvement of customer service level and return rate will decrease overall profitability of the dual-channel supply chain.A comparative analysis of the performance of the two inventory control strategies,the results show that the steady state inventory and the shortage of the manufacturer and the retailer could be reduced through supply chain collaboration.Therefore,the utilization ratio of the two channels is improved,and the profit of the supply chain is improved,the double marginalization in the supply chain is relieved.Finally,it reveals some managerial implications for the actual operation of supply chain of electronic products according to the analysis results.
