Research On Inventory Management Of Large-scale Supermarket Based On System Dynamics

China's large population consumption has increased the domestic retail industry,especially large supermarket chains demanding,therefore,the domestic chain supermarket has been rapid development.However,due to the large number of foreign supermarket chains stationed,the country's supermarket chain has been a great impact.In the competition,the domestic supermarket is in a clear disadvantage,mainly due to the large domestic supermarket chain management costs and high cost of inventory,these costs are mainly reflected in the price of goods,domestic supermarket managers to lack of awareness of the problem.Growing supermarket chains at the same time,to control the reasonable inventory level has a great gap with foreign.So the problem of inventory control is a key link in large supermarket chain management.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of inventory management in large supermarket chains,the research status at home and abroad,and the basic theory of system dynamics and inventory management.Combed the domestic and foreign research into the dynamics of inventory management and system,and integrate the large supermarket chains inventory management and system dynamics related methods and roles theory.Secondly,the system dynamics is introduced into the supermarket inventory management,and aiming at the problems existing in the inventory management of large supermarket chains in China,and using Vensim software established a distribution center and three stores,a supermarket chain inventory management model and simulation system,and then constructs the model of causality diagram and flowchart,establishes the related mathematical relationship and establish the relationship between each variable,and the flow chart of each variable to the Causes of the Tree and Uses Tree dynamic analysis.Lastly,taking the large-scale supermarket chain A company as an example,use the Vensim software to simulate the model variables and data.Optimize the metrics,the results of optimization is beneficial to the reduction of inventory cost.And ultimately give the supermarket inventory strategy program,is conducive to improving the inventory of large supermarket chains.
