Since China's accession to the WTO(World Trade Organization),China's auto logistics business needs have been showing a rapid growth trend,so that the country's overall interests have been the biggest increase. On the one hand,cross-country car enterprises are trying to improve the localization rate of auto parts in Chinese localization, reduce the cost to meet international standards; On the other hand through global procurement, such as South Korea,Mexico,a large number of auto parts imports, domestic assembly vehicle, through outsourcing logistics to reduce its manufacturing costs.Recent years as the development of the automotive industry, component logistics has begun to reverse the trend to more stringent, less quantitative stock development trends, and this helps car enterprises to reduce the cost.Based on the control of sourcing profit of the third party point of view, auto parts inventory management has been gradually seen by car manufacturers as a "total system" for sales, production, inventory, etc. Therefore, optimizing inventory management is particularly important. This paper mainly used the thought of system dynamics, compared the operation mode that integrate VMI and TPL together with the VIM mode before introducing TPL,took the upstream supply chain as background, set up VIM Mode and Alliance Integration Mode System Dynamics Model, explained the characteristics and differences between two modes through models,to establish the relationship between variables in each mode and constructed differential equation of each mode, did simulation analysis to each system dynamics model by Vensim Software, and selected the index of suppliers' backlog management, inventory level, customer service level, bullwhip effect and so on,to compare the impact that two modes to supply chain performance.Firstly the paper analyzed the importance of auto parts stock in supply chain, introduced the basic theories of VIM and TPL,took the automobile enterprises A and B as examples, described and generally compared the operation mode that integrate VMI and TPL together with the VIM mode before introducing TPL.Then,it combined correlation theory of system dynamics, assumed a supplier,a Third-Part Logistics,an auto manufacturer and the same market demand environment, structured the Vensim simulation model based on auto parts suppliers and manufacturers. At last selected the index of suppliers' backlog management, inventory level, customer service level,Bullwhip Effect and so on,analyzed the impact that two modes to supply chain performance, clarified effectiveness of operation mode that integrate VIM and TPL together built in the paper,at the same time it had actual application significance to similar enterprises' inventory supply chain management.
