With the growing popularity of the PC,smart phones,and Internet,e-commerce has become a very important way of social retail because of the steadily rising of dimension and social penetration.In order to enhance the efficiency of el-commerce logistics,the state and the el-commerce enterprises pay more attention to the rationalization of the logistics business layout.However,high logistics investment has brought the enterprise great pressure,the unreasonable layout of logistics nodes buries hidden dangers for the long-term development of enterprise.Based on this,this paper mainly explores how to set up the layout of the logistics node which adapts to the future development of our country,and puts forward the suggestion of the development of the order of the commercial and commercial logistics nodes from the macroscopic level.Based on the previous research results,this paper defines the concept of logistics layout,and puts forward the idea of hierarchical layout of electricity supplier logistics.It collects the influencing factors of logistics demand and analyzes the correlation with the demand of electricity logistics.And select high correlation factors with electricity supplier logistics.This paper collects the data of the high correlation degree,establishes the initial data training set,and uses the BP neural network based on the genetic algorithm to train the data.Then the paper predict the future demand of the electricity and logistics in each region.The hierarchical layout model of the logistics business node is set up,The demand of electricity business logistics node hierarchical layout planning,combined with the development of domestic electricity business logistics status,put forward the corresponding development proposals.Based on the empirical analysis results,(1)The correlation coefficient between electricity supplier logistics demand,the total value of imports and exports,the tertiary industry output value,the total number of post and telecommunications business and other7 factor is greater than 0.83,which shows a close correlation.(2)Based on the genetic algorithm BP neural network,the overall error of the forecast model of the electricity business logistics is 667.99 million,which the prediction accuracy is higher than the traditional forecasting model.(3)When the electricity supplier logistics center distributes in Beijing,Zhejiang,Liaoning,Hubei,Guangdong,Shaanxi and Sichuan,the overall cost is the lowest.(4)66% electricity supplier logistics center distribution all around the country is consistent with the conclusions of this paper,so the rationalization of the layout needs to be improved.
