In recent years, our country's logistics industry flourishes everywhere. It does a more and more important contribution to the local economic growth. The construction projects of logistics parks are with a view to further the development of modern logistics industry through the integration of resources and the Scale effect of the logistics park. But now the domestic logistics park layout methods have not form a unified approach. This requires our further research and exploration.The effective realization of Logistics Park function depends on reasonable planning and design of the internal layout. So the layout of the various work-areas is our priority problems to solve. Using appropriate way to achieve optimal work-areas layout of the logistics parks is the basis of building the park and also the precondition for the internal layout of every work-area.This paper use the MSFLB method of Germany Logistics Park Planning for reference, study the functional design and the layout design part, choose the SLP methods widely used in the layout of systematic workshop equipment and apply to work-areas layout. For the consideration of more objective and quantifiable, Paper try to join genetic algorithm in the SLP to form a set of complete method for work-areas layout. Finally the method is applied to a logistics park in back of the Lianyungang port. Using weighted factor analysis method proved the superiority of the results obtained by this method, laid a good foundation for the next step of logistics park facilities planning.
