The campus market accounts for one-third of China's O2O catering industry,college students consumer group is becoming the main customer of O2O catering service.The customer satisfaction of the campus market is declining constantly,the original advantage of the takeaway O2O business model is also facing a crisis.Research on college students to “ele.me” O2O catering service satisfaction and influencing factors.it is helpful to promote the development of takeaway O2O.According to perceived value influencing customers' satisfaction model,this study takes into account the commercial characteristics of takeaway O2O in college market,and uses empirical analysis to explore the influencing factors of university takeaway O2O customers' satisfaction.First of all,we made an intensive and extensive theoretical study of it by reading a lot of the relevant literature at home and abroad.It introduced related the factors impact on O2O customer satisfaction;And then deeply analysis the development and operation process of takeaway O2O;then proposing research hypotheses and building theoretical model,this paper borrowed ideas that have been frequently used by previous researchers,designed the questionnaire;Finally,using SPSS?AMOS software to carry on descriptive statistical analysis of the collected questionnaire,testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and analysis in structural equation modeling,tested research hypotheses of the conceptual model,analyzed by Quarter Chat and put forward the corresponding conclusions.Through empirical analysis,this paper explores the effective measures to improve customer satisfaction,and provides guidance for the healthy development of takeaway O2O in college market.
