Analysis On The Operation Efficiency Of Nuring Homes In Ningbo

With the change of the populat ion structure brought by the fa mily planning policy and the population migration caused by the economic development,the aging of our country is becom ing more and more serious,and the function of the fam ily pension is gradually weakening.Pension institutions gradually become the mainstay in this situation.As the aging process in China has not yet formed a stable mode of market operation,the academic research on the institution of the aged in China is still at the theoretical level,and the relevant quantitative research has appeared in recent years,but the research methods also exist Deficiencies and defects.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to construct a comprehensive and multi-stage framework of efficiency research,to analyze the operational status of pension institutions in Ningbo,with a view to improving the operational difficulties of pension institutions in Ningbo.Based on the current developm ent of the cause of pension,w e put forward the purpose of this study,research significance and research methods of this study;Then,we review the changes in the pension model,the definition and type of the in stitution,the developm ent status of th e institutions for the a ged in China,operational efficiency,and operational efficiency of nurs ing homes;constructs the res earch frame and model of this study through re viewing the re lated literature;at the last,we measure the operation efficiency of pension institutions in Ningbo by using SPSS,DEA Solver,Eviews and other software.T hrough the research,the conclusions are as follows: 1.The low efficiency of serv ice provisioning is the key to restrict the overall operation efficiency of nursing hom es in Ningbo.Each input redundancy at the stage of service provisioning is large;the largest output redundancy at the stage of operating st age is a nnual business inco me,far greater than th e insufficient rate of annual number of elderly people living in.2.(1)Analysis of the different types of institutions found that:from the ov erall operational efficiency,private non-enterprise performe best;f rom the service allocation efficiency,private non-enterprise is the best one,the lowest one is social group;from the op erating efficiency,the best one is private enterprises,institutions and private nonenterprise are lowest.(2)The an alysis of different adm inistrative location found that: from the overall operational efficiency,Haishu District reached the highest level;from the service allocation efficiency,the best one is Jiangdong District,Jiangbei District is the worst one;from the operating efficiency,Haishu District reached the highest Value,J iangbei District is the worst one.(3)The analysis of different s cale institutions found that : from the overall oper ational efficiency,the performance of the three types of institutions quite;but the efficiency of service allocation,the best one is la rge institution,while sm all institution is worst;from the ope rating efficiency,large institutions do best,small institution reached the lowest level.3.Regression analysis showed that whether there is the medical service has a positive impact on the efficiency of service allocation;the number of part of self-care an d unable self-care and whether accompanied by medical treatment has a pos itive impact on operating efficiency,especially the la tter indicator.Whether there are fitness facilities has a negative impact on overall operating e fficiency,whether accompanied by medical treatment has a positive impact on the overall operational efficiency.
