At present,China's banking industry is facing economic downturn,interest rate marketization,financial disintermediation and Internet finance impact.On the one hand,the economic downturn and structural adjustment led to concentrated exposure to banking risks,profit growth decline,bank management is facing greater difficulties.On the other hand,the information technology,represented by the Internet,is profoundly changing and even subverting the whole economy and society.The ecology,new things and new forms of business are endless,adding more uncertainties to China in the period of rapid transition.With the external environment changes,customer needs have also undergone a fundamental change,the traditional commercial banks "to pursue the scale of growth," the extensive business model has been difficult to sustain,we must speed up the real "customer-centric" intensive management Mode transition.Based on the experience of ZS bank operation for many years,with reference to the relevant literature and materials at home and abroad,using the relevant theories of management science and engineering,drawing on the relevant data of the 18 branches of China Merchants Bank from 2014 to 2015,combined with China Merchants Bank(DEA)method is used to analyze the operational efficiency of China Merchants Bank(CMB),and the results are analyzed by using DEA(Financial Envelopment Analysis).Through the analysis of the four dimensions of security,liquidity,profitability and sustainable development ability,it is found that China Merchants Bank,in adhering to the traditional business process,through the development of new financial services compatible with the Internet financial market,Streamlined management level,improve the operation and management mechanism,and strengthen the market line of business collaboration and a series of ways to quickly respond to customer demands,promote service upgrades and improve the internal operational efficiency.From the DEA empirical results,four branches,Beijing Branch,Shenzhen Branch,Shanghai Branch and Dalian Branch,remained in the relatively optimal operating mix in 2014 and 2015 respectively.On the operational efficiency point of view,in 2015 relative to 2014 has improved,indicating that the overall operation of China Merchants Bank gradually optimized.
