Steel structure is developed fast in recent years,which is the representative of the national green building.The rapid development of national economy is driving the steel structure enterprise to the wider world.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements on steel structure enterprise.Enterprise management must be put in the primary position,so that the enterprise can get more benefit in adapting to the change of the times.The fierce competition of steel structure is more and more reflected in the ability of enterprise management project.The project signed by the enterprise,whether it is from the scale or the number of speaking are growing,the communion between individual projects closely,strong coupling,there are many problems in the project,such as resource conflict and time conflict.In order to obtain comprehensive benefit maximization,the research of steel structure enterprise multi-project management problem becomes more and more important.In this paper,the characteristics of multi project management of steel structure enterprises are summarized.In view of the project management more difficult problems,this paper points out that the resource conflict,time limit and low degree of informatization are the roots of the problem.In dealing with how to allocate resources,effectively regulate the project time limit,this paper puts forward an method to carry on the multi-project scheduling management,which is improved chaotic particle swarm optimization(CPSO)combined with critical chain technology.The addition critical chain buffer makes the management more flexibility and safety.On the basis of original formula,chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm introduces chaos search into basic particle swarm algorithm,uses piecewise Logistic chaotic map,adaptes adjustment inertia weight,and increases the early processing mechanism in the process of optimization,which improved the algorithm processing capacity of local optimal solution.Combination with the engineering practice,this paper proved the effectiveness of this method.On the issue of multiple project management informationization,this paper,taked multiple project management system of a steel structure company in hebei as the research background,in this paper,used unified modeling language(UML)to analyze therequirementof multi project management system,and designed the system functionmodule and data structure.Through the WebService technology,a multi project management system platform based on Java EE is established,and the function of the system is briefly introduced.This system can meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in project management,and also can help and guide the software development process of the enterprise multi project management system.
