With the rapid development of China's auto industry and production scale,the demand for material is becoming more and more prominent recently.In order to improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the cost of auto parts logistics,more and more enterprises begin to weed out the traditional logistics mode,and explore the new parts entry logistics mode in the process of drawing lessons from domestic and international experience.With the development of logistics industry,the third party logistics enterprises have changed the traditional auto parts logistics mode,and gradually become an indispensable role in the automobile spare parts logistics.In this paper,we introduce parts inbound logistics Milk-run model with consideration of parts inbound logistics characteristics,and transportation cost in the importance of logistics cost in the perspective of the third party logistics.It is mainly for Milk-run Vehicle routing problem study to plan optimal route to pick up parts suppliers from the distribution center of third party logistics.Optimize the operation mode to reduce logistics cost and inventory of components.The basic ideas of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,summarizes the research results of scholars in vehicle route of parts inbound logistics and parts,and introduces the inbound logistics of auto parts and the characteristics of Milk-run process and specific methods of operation.On the basis of the above work proposed,the third party logistics leading inbound logistics Milk-run Vehicle routing optimization problem,a model of Vehicle routing optimization is established by analyzing problems related transportation cost,inventory cost and shortage cost.Then the tabu search algorithm is designed according to the established model,considering the dependence of the algorithm on the initial solution,the first design the best insertion method for initial feasible solutions.Finally,the model is applied to the actual situation of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and the case is solved,and the results are analyzed.
