Research On The Influence Of Intellectual Capital To Enterprise Innovation Ability Based On Life Cycle Theory

In the era of information,the survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from all aspects of innovation.After entering the era of knowledge economy,the dependence on material capital has been changed to the dependence on intangible assets.That is to say,the intellectual capital in the process of enterprise development has been irreplaceable role capital.Intellectual capital has become the source of enterprise value creation and the source of maintaining market competition advantage,the improvement of enterprise innovation ability can not do without intellectual capital.Manufacturing enterprise is the pillar industry of our country.This thesis study the relation of intellectual capital and overall innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises,which has important significance to promote the growth and development of enterprises and the improvement of the level of the national economy.This thesis selects the listed manufacturing companies in 2014 as the research object.On the basis of the research of domestic and foreign scholars,from the perspective of enterprise life cycle,use human capital theory,resource based theory and core competence theory to analysis the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise innovation ability,to put forward the hypothesis and construct the model.According to the characteristics of the manufacturing industry and the needs of this thesis,construct the evaluation system of intellectual capital and enterprise innovation ability,establish business life cycle division standard,dividing the sample into three stages: growth,maturity and decline.This thesis use SPSS software to conduct factor analysis,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,then analysis the specific case of three stages.In this thesis,the intellectual capital is divided into three dimensions: human capital,structure capital and relational capital.The study found that the overall level of intellectual capital and enterprise innovation ability of manufacturing industry is general,and intellectual capital is significantly positive impact on enterprise innovation ability.During the growth,maturity and decline,human capital,structure capital and relation capital are all positive impact on enterprise innovation ability,but the degree of influence is different.Among them,the human capital has a significant positive effect on the innovation ability of the enterprise in all life cycle.The structure capital has a significant positive effect on the innovation ability of enterprises in the period of growth and maturity.The relationship capital has a significant positive effect on the innovation ability of enterprises in the mature period and the recession period.There is an interaction between the three elements of intellectual capital,and the interaction is also positively affecting the innovation ability of the enterprise.
