A Comprehensive Evaluation Study On The Economic Development Of Guizhou Province

"Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period is to build a well-off society in an all-round way the final planning period,the ethnic minority areas is of great significance.As the country in recent years,the implementation of the strategy of developing western China development,the status and importance of national area economy increasingly prominent,but from the quantitative aspects of regional economic development in minority regions research is weak,specially in southwest minority nationality areas,especially in Guizhou economic development as the research object of the thesis and monographs are less.In order to study the development of the minority areas of regional economy,in reference to previous build regional economic method of evaluation index system and evaluation method,on the basis of this paper puts forward a kind of based on set pair analysis and the integration of generalized regression neural network the MIV algorithm,combined with collection of the indicators of Guizhou province in2008-2013 data and the specific situation of the province to build the corresponding characteristic index system of regional economic development,and to compare it with other methods.At the same time,using the method of combination of empowerment and improved TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model of regional economy in Guizhou index system to evaluate the actual situation,put forward policy recommendations for further speeding up regional economic development in Guizhou.
