Analysis On The Relationship Between Foreign Direct Investment And The Development Of Chinese Automobile Industry

In order to achieve effective research results on the influences of Foreign Direct Investment on Automotive Industry in China,this dissertation,on the basis of absorbing in the world-wide scope the latest research results and methods on the subject of the Foreign Direct Investment and Organization Theory,systematically analyses and studies the investing motivations,modes,market structure,market conducts as well as market performance.And then objective and accurate understanding of the influences of Multinational Corporations(MNCs)direct investment on the automotive Industry in China are achieved.This dissertation,based on a lot of statistical data,combines the theoretical and empirical study to deeply analyse the influences of foreign direct investment on automotive Industry in China using the mathematical statistics and Summary analysis method.This dissertation reviews,concludes and summarizes the foreign direct investment and organization theory,and sets up a research outline.Some positive and negative effects on and contribution to China’s automobile industry from FDI are presented.At last,some conclusions and opinions about the China’s automobile industry development are presented.The conclusion shows FDI development is the inevitable trend of economic globalization in the world so the government and companies should grasp the opportunities,develop strength of China’s automobile industry while keeping close cooperation with MNCs,and then to achieve the dream of powerful country in automobile industry.This paper is written and completed with hope of enriching the studies analysis of this area and contributing the development of China automobile industry theoretically.
