Since the global financial crisis in 2008,the national economy growth has been slow down nearly ten years.In this period,the enterprise needs to make a strategic adjustment timely to strive for the survival in adversity.This article chooses Beijing Leyard Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.,as the object of case.It is a domestic high-tech enterprise,specializing in the LED application products research and development,design,production,sales and service.It has engaged in LED display products for many years.From 2013 to 2015,it implemented the strategy of four-wheel drive,changes the past single intensive strategy into at the same time for the LED display,small spacing LED TV,LED intelligent lighting and LED culture media,in order to achieve the balanced development of the four plates above and create higher strategic target of the enterprise value.I divided this paper into three parts and six chapters.In the first part,the introduction and the related theoretical basis and analysis method is introduced.The second part of the article are the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter.Itdetailed case analysis process.In the third chapter,the paper introduces Beijing Leyard Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.,and then describes the proposed strategy of the four-wheel drive,according to the PEST analysis and the SWOT analysis of the enterprise strategy environment,we get the determine strategic goals.The fourth chapter analysis with the method of event analysis Leyard's strategy of four-wheel drive's short-term financial performance.I found that the major m&a event did not bring to shareholders in the short term growth significantly,but fell.The study found that short-term shareholders did not significantly affected by major events during the perio d of strategic.The fifth chapter uses EVA index evaluation method and the construction of financial performance evaluation system,analysis of Leyard's four-wheel drive strategic's long-term financial performance.In the process of building the financial performance evaluation system,this paper with references to the "The implementing rules for the central enterprise integrated performance evaluation" for guideline.Combined with the efficacy coefficient method to Leyard,and horizontal comparison of financial performance in the same industry.And,with the index analysis and data analysis of Leyard's four-wheel drive strategic financial performance before and after comparison,determine the true financial performance change.The third part is chapter six of this paper,this part summarizes the above strategic analysis and financial performance analysis,pointed out that Leyard's four-wheel drive strategy and the subsequent risk warning,which can offer some reference for other enterprises.At the end of the paper,I made a finally summarized,and based on some limitations,research prospect for the future study is put forward,in order to find and solve problems in the future.
